The 2022 Sieraad Syrah, a 100% Syrah from the Helderberg region of Stellenbosch, is crafted from 22-year-old vines rooted in Table Mountain Sandstone with coffee stone. Hand-picked in March from a cool season, the small berries deliver concentrated flavours. Fermented in open concrete tanks and aged 24 months in barrels followed by 24 months in the bottle, this premium wine reflects the care of our growers and the unique terroir.
The bouquet opens up with delicate white pepper and subtle spice, unfolding into notes of dark fruit.
Rich and beautifully balanced, with soft tannins, concentrated dark fruit, and a refined peppery finish.
