Cabernet Sauvignon
A carefully crafted Cabernet Sauvignon that embodies the cool, distinctive terroir of the Helderberg region – the custodian of South African Cabernet. Beautifully crafted with minimal intervention, this wine has been curated over time to respect the fruit’s natural intensity. It is ready to drink now, but built to age gracefully until 2035.
Syrah
A true expression of its Helderberg roots, this Syrah showcases the region’s cool climate and distinctive Table Mountain Sandstone terroir. Delicate white pepper and subtle spice, unfolding into notes of dark fruit, capturing the essence of the land and the patience of its makers. Ready to enjoy now or cellar through 2030.
